I lost my confirmation email. Can you resend it to me?

You can actually do this yourself by logging into the RunSignUp account you created when you registered. Go to your profile and click "My registered races". Then go to "View/Edit Account" and select "Resend Confirmation Email".

I signed up for this race, but now I can't make it. Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds for registration fees, but you can transfer your registration to someone else. See question #3 for details!

How do I transfer my registration to another person?

You can do this by logging into the RunSignUp account you created when you registered. Go to your profile and click "My registered races". Then go to "View/Edit Account" and select the tab for transferring to another runner. There will be a $10 transfer fee that can be paid either by you or by the person you're transferring to.

Are strollers allowed?

No, strollers are not allowed. Not even jogging strollers.

Where can I find info about packet pick-up?

This can be found on our website about halfway down the page. Just scroll down until you find the heading titled "Packet Pick-Up". You'll find all the info you need for race day!

Does my child need to be registered?

Every person on the course needs to be registered for safety reasons. We need to know exactly who is on the course. The only exception is if you're carrying an infant in a baby sling.

Can I pick up someone else's packet?

Yes! However, you MUST bring a copy of their ID. A photocopy or even a picture on your phone will work just fine.
